Structure |
For efficient services to our customers as well as effective management, we organize the companies of our Group into three divisions::
- Ship Owning Companies: Wholly-owned subsidiaries for the owning of the vessels. Each subsidiary owns one vessel.
- Operations Companies: Wholly-owned subsidiaries. The Hong Kong companies involve in corporate administration, banking, accounting, financing and general administration. The Taiwan company involves in sales and operations.
- Systems and Technical Companies: Wholly- owned subsidiaries for providing agency, technical services, process and procedures, marine ISO, safety, pollution prevention, class, management systems, and repair and maintenance to the Company’s vessels.
